not that i’m one to immediately call something ‘fact’, but the detailed charts, video, analysis, and ‘before and after’ shots are very convincing. blogger hey_suburbia from philly lost 9 pounds from simply adding 30 minutes of ‘exaggerated movement’ while playing wii sports. is it possible? is it plausible? you decide….all with youtube goodness.

You can loose some weight on Wii fit but not much. I find the Wii gets boring after a while though!

I prefer Wii than Ps2 or Ps3 because it help us to move body around instead just sit on the couch.

Wii certainly should not be the first choice for getting or staying fit. Where it can offer some degree of exercise as opposed to the classic twiddle your thumbs type play of most console type games, it can't fill the role of true exercise.
