FYI an act of Congress makes daylight-saving time (DST) start early this year. The Energy Policy Act of 2005 extends DST by four weeks – three in the spring and one in the fall. This year, instead of DST beginning at 2:00am on the first Sunday in April, it starts this weekend on March 11th. So be sure and set your clocks forward so you’ll get the benefits of added daylight! interesting theory that moving the clock forward ‘earlier’ in the year is bush’s plan for saving energy in the u.s.
i guess we’ll see. i mean, he is an idiot, so the expectation that this move will actually ‘work’ will be a surprise to many.
