		<description>I&#039;m thankful to be alive and well.  I accept the rat race that ensues is by my choice.  If I don&#039;t like what happens, its up to me to change it...  blaming others is a waste of time.  Easier said than done, but it starts with a mind set.</description>

Writing in a journal can be beneficial even if it&#039;s just for the sake of recapping your day- remembering the little things that made you happy and sad. Therapy comes in many forms...</description>
