Going through my daily routine of blog-reading (instead of working), I came across a neat article over at msnbc about how to prevent headaches in your daily routine. As a chronic sufferer of headaches, I may need to be more proactive in trying these steps out. All in all, it’s some useful reading.
- Abide the alarm
- Get caffeinated
- Do a posture check
- Break for H20
