I wholeheartedly agree that making a spending plan (list of names and gifts is key) is key. Stick to the plan and don’t let store displays or pushy sales guys sway you. Too many of us get into holiday debt that we spend the next year trying to erase. I would even try having a separate debit card account that you seed with a preset amount of money. Once the money is gone, your holiday shopping is done.
