Merry Christmas, YBP!
For those who recongize it, Christmas celebrates not just the birth of Christ, the Word made flesh, but the awakening in each of us to oneness, love, and hope. Gone are fear, doubt, lack and limitation. Here and now, there is peace.
So maybe that’s why during this season we look here and there for ways to express our excitement for the season. A gift for friends, family, and bosses. Cards, higher tips for services, volunteer projects, holiday parties, and vacations. However you chose to celebrate, serve and give, take this time to be thankful for the giving spirit within you. Take this time to relax and be joyful for the inherent love that leads you to want to do good things for those around you and yourself. Be glad about the resources and will to be generous with others. And at some point, reflect on what today means to you: how you have grown, what you have shared, and things you have seen because of it. No matter the amount of time spent at the mall or wrapping presents, Christmas is, and always will be, in your heart. And in your heart is the light and love of the newborn King.

Thank you for the kind holiday wishes. I will lay my emphasis on the part you said about relaxing for I know there will be a lot more opportunity in the new year. I do feel like I have grown a lot and am continuing to grow and I also feel blessed knowing that after death there is rebirth (to me meaning that no matter how bad things look there is a light at the end of the tunnel).
I want to wish you and everyone else the same safe and happy holiday and I’ll be around spreading the same cheer all through the year.
