As I slowly try and suppress my cynicism as the campaigns continues, this neat video pops up in my inbox. It’s a follow-up to Will.I.Am’s ‘Yes We Can‘ video with the atypical cameos from a plethora of celebrities.

The coolest thing that I noticed in this one is the inclusion of the Latin superstars and the communication of their message in Spanish. The unity of Black and Brown people is something, I believe, will be the next major hurdle our generation will face. Becoming bilingual will start to become a necessity. The struggles and stereotype of Latin immigrants will continue to mirror the underhandedness the Black community faces from society. Hispanic and Black people will continue to thrive and exist in the same urban and suburban communities as second and third college-education generation families come into fruition.

Just something to keep in mind.
