So I think by now we’ve all heard about Dr. Ian Smith’s 50 Million Pound Challenge. If you haven’t, here’s a throwback post about it.
I’ve been hearing about it for over a year now and while I have always applauded Dr. Smith’s efforts, I never really gave the challenge much thought until now.
I just had my baby 2 and half weeks ago, and even though people constantly tell me that the weight will shed in due time, I know that I have the genetic make-up to be a little overweight. As my sister says, it’s a slippery slope! So I have big goals now to work off these pregnancy pounds and I figured I’d jump on the 50 Million Pound Challenge bandwagon to help me out.
Is anyone out there doing the challenge? Anyone out there who has thought about making the move but hasn’t yet? Mid-year resolution anyone?
